OUR STORY
Compà began before we moved here. In the years leading up to it, we started writing things down. Recipes from our grandparents, stories from our parents, small details we didn’t want to forget. The way the house smelled on a Sunday. The way our grandmother folded dough. The kind of food that makes a table feel full, even before you sit down.
