Compà was born in our dreams even before we moved to the UK. In the three years leading up to our move, we gathered, through our memories and those of our parents, the family recipes passed down from our grandmothers. We spent that time perfecting those recipes and making them our own, with the goal of sharing the flavors of simple, tasty food in a warm and familiar environment—just like that of a true Sicilian family. Through food, colors, and flavors, we want to spread our culture, which is too often reduced to sad stereotypes.
